You only pay if you order. 2. **Purchase Window** – At least **1 item must be purchased within 24 hours** of posting, or your design will be deleted. 3. **4-Day Limit** – Designs stay live on our partner site (like Amazon) for up to **4 days** total. 4. **Colors** – Your design will be available in your chosen color and other color options too. 5. **Delivery of Links** – We’ll send your shopping link by **email and text**. If no purchase is made within 24–48 hours after the link is sent, your design will be removed. 6. **No Copyright/Trademark Designs** – Only upload original artwork.       • UnCreations.com AKA Urban Nostalgia– Terms of Service **Effective Date:** 09/27/2025 Welcome to UnCreations.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating or submitting any designs. --- ## 1. Service Overview UnCreations.com allows users to create custom designs for t-shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise. Once finalized, your design is uploaded to a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon) where it can be purchased directly by individuals you share the link with. ## 2. Free Design Policy * Users may create up to **3 active designs at a time**. * Once a design is uploaded, it counts toward your 3-design limit. * If **at least 1 item is not purchased within 24-48 hours of posting, the design will be deleted. * Designs that meet the purchase requirement will remain available for up to 7 days on the marketplace. * To create new designs, users may delete or retire older ones. ## 3. Posting & Availability * **Posting designs is free of charge.** You only pay when you purchase an item. * We will send your purchase link to you via **email and/or text**. * If **no purchases are made within 24–48 hours after the link is sent**, your design will be removed. * Designs will be available in the chosen color, as well as **other color options** provided by the marketplace. ## 4. Ownership of Designs * You retain rights to the artwork and content you upload or create. * By using our service, you grant UnCreations.com a **non-exclusive, royalty-free license** to host, display, and upload your design to third-party platforms for the purpose of fulfilling orders. * **You are solely responsible** for ensuring that your designs do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. * We **cannot and will not print copyrighted or trademarked material** unless you own or have permission to use it. ## 5. Refunds * **Refunds, returns, and exchanges** are handled through the **marketplace where the purchase was made** (e.g., Amazon). * Standard refund policies of the third-party marketplace (typically within **30 days of purchase**) will apply. ## 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to upload or create designs that: * Contain illegal, obscene, hateful, or defamatory content. * Violate the intellectual property rights of others. * Promote violence, discrimination, or harassment. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any design that violates these terms. -- ## 7.
